Job Summary

The Reporting Analyst, under general supervision, ensures accuracy of budgetary reports and assists in managing databases.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Prepares, examines, and analyzes reports to ensure accuracy and completeness of data-entry, reporting, etc.

Assists in providing automated quarterly, monthly, and annual reconciliations for specialized projects.

Assists in managing and analyzing related databases and dashboards to ensure accuracy and completeness of data-entry, reporting, etc.

Develops and produces a variety of research-related internal reports on a quarterly, monthly, and annual basis.

Prepares reports and analyses as needed from related databases.

Minimum Requirements

Education – Bachelor’s degree in applicable field.

Experience – Two years of statistical or data-related experience.

Knowledge and Abilities

Knowledge of:

Word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.

Cost accounting systems.  

Research and Grant Management Systems and Business Intelligence software.

Ability to:

Multitask and work cooperatively with others.

Excellent written communication, analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills.  

Read and understand financial analyses, forecasts, and reports.

Licensing / Professional Certification – None.

Salary: $19.06/hourly
