Reporting Analyst
Job Title: Reporting Analyst Job Description This role is responsible for integrating financial advisors into Hyperion, ensuring data quality, process accuracy, and control, while optimizing reporting efficiency. + Integration Management: + Lead the integration of financial advisors into the Hyperion system, ensuring seamless data transfer and system compatibility. + Collaborate with financial advisors and internal stakeholders to understand integration requirements and objectives. + Data Quality Assurance : Develop and implement data validation processes to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data. + Conduct regular audits and reconciliations to identify and resolve data discrepancies. + Process Accuracy and Controls: + Design and maintain robust financial processes and controls to ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards. + Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing processes, making improvements as necessary. + Reporting Efficiency: + Optimize reporting processes within Hyperion to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting. + Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights for decision-making. + Testing and Validation : Conduct thorough testing of integration processes to ensure system functionality and performance. + Document test plans, test cases, and test results, and address any issues identified during testing. + Training and Support: + Provide training and support to financial advisors and internal users on Hyperion functionalities and best practices. + Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues. + Continuous Improvement: + Stay updated on the latest Hyperion features and industry best practices to continuously improve integration processes. + Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to enhance overall financial systems performance. Performance Expectations Atria and Prudential Onboarding: o EPBCS System integration setup review and data quality assurance o User support for FP&A, pre and post go-live o System functionality testing and change management o Creating and managing new Atria specific hierarchies and calcs in EPBCS o Creating and managing process documentation for Atria EPBCS Forms, scripts, rules, metadata feeds Oracle EDMC Implementation EPBCS side: o System functionality testing and validation from EPBCS side o Data quality testing and assurance EPBCS o UAT user support for FP&A o Integration requirements gathering and documentation Hard Skills + Experience in Hyperion Job Type This is a contract position with a duration of 6 Month(s). Work Site This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Fort Mill, South Carolina and some days remote.
