Job Title: Administrative - Reporting Analyst Work Location -Pune Shift Timings:- Flexible in shifts Job description: In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: + Ensure consultant databases/data vendor platforms are populated and maintained to a high standard and on a timely basis. + Ensure regular data delivery is maintained for each database for performance, characteristics, AUM, personnel, DEI and other qualitative datasets + Ensure consistency and accuracy of product information across all databases and in line with firm's policy + Perform quality checks for data reflecting over various platforms and proactively raise discrepancies with stakeholders for quick resolution + Work closely with RFP team to help qualify for any opportunity dependent on accuracy of information over database To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: + 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in consultant databases + Proficiency in consultant databases and related tools e.g., investment, GIMD, CAMRA etc. + Analytical and critical analysis ability; strong eye for detail to perform effective QC + Knowledge, familiarity and understanding of asset management, especially RFP + Multi-tasking and ability to work under pressure + Ability to confidently interact with and present to stakeholders of all levels + Master's in Marketing, Business Development, Economics or Finance + CFA or FRM preferable
