Description We are on the hunt for a dedicated Reporting Analyst to become part of our team, based in Plymouth, Minnesota. In this role, you will be responsible for updating and maintaining relevant financial and operational data, generating reports, and assisting with budgeting tasks. Responsibilities • Accurately update and maintain the check register using bank data on a daily basis. • Generate consolidated and regional level P& L summaries. • Assist with the quality assurance of report templates, and administer monthly, quarterly, annual, investor, and bank P& L tie-outs and distribution. • Compile and distribute detailed data on customers, projects, vendors, and the general ledger to support variance analysis and enhance transparency. • Assist in the creation, review, and consolidation of non-labor expense budget templates. • Develop new reporting support using Concur data. • Provide budget coding guidance for Accounts Payable and review for material coding errors, initiating follow-up actions where necessary. • Enhance documentation and archiving processes for historical variance reviews and monthly reporting. • Consolidate and validate manual spreadsheet metrics, such as doors, growth, and churn. • Monitor headcount data and provide regular updates.
