**Alternate Locations:** Work from Home **Work Arrangement:** Hybrid/Flexible : Work at home and use the office as appropriate for in-person collaboration. **Relocation assistance:** is not available for this opportunity. **Requisition #:** 74188 **The Role at a Glance** We are excited to bring on a **Reporting & Analytics Consultant** to join our Retirement Plan Services organization in a work from home environment. _Background Details_ As a Reporting & Analytics Consultant, you will be responsible for transforming data into meaningful insights through the development of reports, dashboards and analytics supporting the overall Retirement Operations business from the Participant Services teams to the Account Management teams and will include multiple reoccurring requests but also ad hoc requests. You will partner with internal stakeholders across the enterprise and provide consultative advice and analytical support to advance growth and profitability, and operational efficiency initiatives while delivering meaningful business results. You will present data to senior leaders on your findings and recommendations. This opportunity will provide the ability to expand your reporting and data analytics skills while building strong working relationships. If this sounds like a role for you, please read on! **What you'll be doing** + You will proactively partner with leaders to develop actionable reporting and intuitive dashboards that support business objectives. You will conduct in-depth analysis to identify trends, outlier and opportunities for improvement. You will provide training and support to ensure understanding and effective use(s) of available reports. + You will create effective visual analytics to answer meaningful business questions or offer a new perspective for consideration through scenario testing and capacity modeling. You will also create dashboards, scorecards, and reports utilizing existing and newly developed metrics and performance monitoring systems to provide management with quantifiable gauges of business results and the impact of plans and tactical initiatives. + You will prepare detailed documentation and procedures for reports including data sources, assumptions, calculations, methodologies, and best practices. + You will identify and resolve complex issues by thoroughly analyzing data and utilizing all appropriate resources. You will perform research and analysis on complex customer inquiries involving multiple products, markets and processing systems. + You will act as a consulting resource on assigned projects within the Retirement Plan Services Operations department. You will provide training and support to team members and serve as a mentor to enhance the knowledge of the team. + You will champion and enhance organizational initiatives by positively influencing and supporting change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives. In addition, you will identify, recommend, and champion process improvements and organizational initiatives to positively influence the team and quality. **What we’re looking for** _Must-have experience (Required):_ + 4 Year/bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelors). + 3 – 5+ years of experience in reporting and analytics that aligns to the responsibilities of the role. + Ability to communicate effectively (verbal/written). + Relationship building skills with a natural sense of curiosity. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with strong skills/experience with Excel specifically (sumIFs, vlookups, pivot tables). + Knowledge and/or experience with visual data analytics tools (Tableau desired). + Ability to think outside of the box and challenge the status quo. _Nice-to-have experience (Preferred):_ + Retirement plan operations experience. + Strong relationship management skills with internal clients (e.g. management, peers and colleagues) with the ability to build collaborative approaches. + Strong project management skills including, critical ability to coordinate and balance multiple projects in a time-sensitive environment, under pressure, and meeting deadlines. **Application Deadline** Applications for this position will be accepted through March 14, 2025, subject to earlier closure due to applicant volume. **What’s it like to work here?** At Lincoln Financial Group, we love what we do. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln’s total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual.
