Reporting and Analytics II
Our Client, a Digital Infrastructure company, is looking for a Reporting and Analytics II for their Tampa, FL/Hybrid location. Responsibilities: + When a deal is presented to them, ensure all steps have been taken Activate the file through the systems Process payments Reach out to solicitor or branch partner for confirmation Review documents that come in for accuracy Data Exploration + Supports in exploring data within one to two files to determine trends and relationships between variables Ad Hoc Reporting + Creates basic ad hoc report requests: + Uses insights from data exploration to prepare basic visualizations and PowerPoint reports for clients requesting the data Client Management + Works with more senior staff to reach out to client to clarify asks, debrief with client to explain data insights, and confirm report Data Audit and Cleansing + Contributes to periodic audits of data within business systems/platforms + Assists with follow-up checks to ensure data quality and accuracy Scheduled Reports + Downloads required data and creates pre-defined reports as per defined schedule + Sends out reports to stakeholder group and answers basic questions pertaining to the report Project Management + Coordinate with onsite technicians to ensure all assets are sufficiently audited + Ability to professionally communicate concerns with audit quality Team Culture: + Helping with integrations. + When Client purchases other companies, working with migrating the legacy company onto the specific Client platform + Companies being purchased from Chili and Peru Interaction with team: + Mainly interacting with internal Client employees + Working with Client employees on site within the Data Centers that have been acquired Typical Tasks: + CW will have a queue of tasks to do + Attempting to reconcile from the legacy database to Client database + Need to 100% reconcile the circuits to the new database + Presenting power book to the finance team monthly on these reconciliations + Manual manipulation of data as well as exporting info into Excel + Reporting on billing files Requirements: + Excel, SQL, Python are the main skillsets (team works with Oracle SQL) + Spanish speakers + Highly involved with Excel + Highly communicative + Looking for someone more fresh to the workforce + Need to have strong Excel skills + Vlookups, Pivot Tables, Conditionals, advanced formulas, + SQL skills + Proficiency in Spanish + Python + General Business, Finance, Business Admin + Excel + Communication + Spanish Speaking + SQL/python : nice to have + Vlookups, Pivot Tables, Conditionals, advanced formulas + Exp. between 1-5 years only, 6-year candidate will not work.
