The Global Regulatory Affairs Office (GRAO) is responsible for overseeing the enhancement of our risk management and controls, remediation of regulatory and audit findings and the administration of regulatory affairs, including establishing a centralized and sustainable connection point for global regulatory communications, ensuring preparedness for examinations.

The Reporting and Analytics Sr Consultant role reports to the GRAO Program Management Office (PMO) that is responsible for day-to-day enablement of the GRAO strategy.  The primary responsibility of the Reporting and Analytics Sr Consultant is to support the business intelligence framework for numerous large scale, enterprise-wide Programs with multiple projects and work streams. The role holder will provide in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in developing, maintaining and enhancing program management tools, repositories and technology, as well as organizing and managing program data for analysis, visualization and reporting.  The ideal candidate will have a track record of supporting business intelligence of complex change programs under minimal guidance, working with diverse, cross-functional teams and gathering reporting needs from stakeholders across the organization.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

Support the development, maintenance and enhancement of program data, repositories and business intelligence solutions to communicate program objectives, including risks, issues and overall status.Ability to work independently and lead activities to gather, translate, build and operationalize project/program requirements and source system data into reporting solutions.Ability to communicate, under minimal guidance, with developers, data architects and infrastructure resources to ensure there is a clear and concise understanding of requirements and acceptance criteria.Help shape best practices, standards and toolkit as well as strengthen our capabilities around execution of complex cross-enterprise programs.Apply best practices and solve complex problems with a forward-looking mindset to proactively anticipate any potential issues, prevent them and/or define pragmatic contingency plans.Timely escalate and pursue resolution of any roadblocks/issues with a clear, end-to-end ownership mindset.Act as a central point of contact for the GRAO Business Intelligence team, including supporting resources with less experience.

The successful candidate will benefit from having:

In-depth Program Management business intelligence and data management experience with complex initiatives (i.e., what good looks like)Technical skills: Outlook, Teams, Microsoft Office 365 suite required (advanced with Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, SharePoint, Teams, PowerApps, Power BI).Experience in agile ways of working is an assetAbility to establish trust-based relationships with stakeholders across enterprise (e.g., experience with acting as a constructive conduit between business and non-business teams​)Analytical and problem solving skills are requiredStrong organizational skills and time management skills.Openness to self-learning, improvement and experimentationResults oriented 5+ years serving in a similar role

Experience in the financial services industryManagement consulting experienceBSc/BA diploma; Master’s degree is a big plus
