Job Summary:
The Reporting Officer will be responsible for preparing and presenting regular progress and status reports, ensuring transparency and communication between stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collect and analyze data from various departments and teams.
• Prepare inspections reports.
• Create detailed inspection reports for management and clients.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide data-driven insights.
• Ensure all reports are delivered on time and accurately.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations for meetings with stakeholders.
Competencies:
• Data Analysis: Strong ability to analyze data from multiple sources and translate it into clear, actionable insights.
• Report Writing: Excellent writing skills to create detailed, well-structured inspection reports.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in monitoring KPIs and ensuring all reports are error-free and delivered on time.
• Communication: Proficient in preparing presentations and reports for senior management and external stakeholders.
• Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and ensure timely delivery of reports without compromising quality.
