About the Opportunity 

We is working to deliver the Non-Nuclear Engineering Partnership (NNEP) which is a programme of works involving all aspects of the Clients built environment portfolio outside of the critical nuclear facilities Client develops, owns and maintains.

Working within the PMO, the Reporting, Performance and Change Analyst will be responsible for providing accurate, timely and insightful business performance reporting analysis across the NNEP Framework, as well as managing and administering change control across the programme.

The role will work closely across multiple delivery and support function teams, assisting with all aspects of planning, performance management reporting deliverables, and change management. Ensuring data integrity and quality is delivered at its highest level is a key responsibility.

Key Tasks\:

•    Change Control\: Develop and maintain a structured approach, ensuring compliance with Client and contract standards.
•    Collaboration\: Work with PMO and delivery teams to manage change impacts and risks.
•    Reporting\: Create and maintain dashboards, analyse data, and report on KPIs to support decision-making.
•    Performance Meetings\: Prepare and validate performance packs, lead monthly reviews, and respond to reporting queries.
•    Documentation\: Update processes and guidance to embed best practices.
•    Project Dashboard\: Develop and manage dashboards for project and performance management.
•    Compliance\: Ensure all contractual reporting requirements are met.
•    Continuous Improvement\: Act as a subject matter expert in reporting improvements.
