Purpose:
We are seeking a highly skilled Reporting Specialist to collaborate in the emission of financial statements, ensuring compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and internal company regulations. The ideal candidate will manage the data collection process for financial statement preparation.

 

Main Responsibilities:

Oversee the consistency in the implementation of corporate policies at a global level. Optimize management processes by supporting the implementation, development, updating, and maintenance of accounting information systems. This includes analyzing closing processes, documenting the quarterly and annual consolidation processes, and creating accounts and cost centers as needed. Ensure accurate accounting information is provided for global consolidation to support company legal entities. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and management standards, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Safeguard company resources by protecting facilities, equipment, and other physical assets from damage, theft, or misuse.

 

Qualifications:

Proven experience in financial reporting and accounting. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards), and internal control processes. Ability to optimize processes and implement accounting information systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in financial reporting. Strong communication and organizational skills. Familiarity with ET (European Taxation) regulations is a plus.
