Activities Prepare production reports (daily, monthly, yearly) for internal and external use, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Maintain and update the production database and reporting tools.Support on-site operations for utilities management, updating registers, verifying quantities and quality, coordinating with suppliers, and promoting safety among contractors.Participate in working groups focused on improving production performance and propose ideas to optimize field production.Prepare waste documentation, monitor the waste management process, and ensure proper disposal.Use IT tools for production management and support their implementation and development.Contribute to the development of new digital tools to optimize production budgets and forecasts.Monitor product analysis to ensure compliance with required specifications for sale.Periodically verify the performance of fiscal meters to consolidate material balances.Update operational reference documents, including procedures and technical manuals.Ensure all activities comply with safety and environmental standards and local regulations.Promote environmental awareness and adherence to the company’s safety, quality, and environmental policies.Manage LPG production/export data, maintain accurate records, and issue the daily LPG stock memorandum.Analyze and optimize operational parameters and plant performance by developing monitoring tools.Monitor utility consumption, update related databases, and manage associated archives (fiscal tickets, transport documentation, etc.).Ensure proper recording and release of production test parameters.Support contract management and monitoring, collaborating with cost control to share information about quantities provided.Coordinate and monitor activities related to the RFM process, ensuring adherence to deadlines and facilitating communication among the departments involved. Candidate Profile Technical or Scientific degree.Minimum 5 years of production experience, with operational field experience.Strong skills in methods, reporting, and organization.Proven experience in managing databases and reporting tools.Advanced proficiency in Excel (macros, database management, etc.).Knowledge of Access or other database development software is a plus.
