Job DescriptionThe purpose of this job is to develop and maintain relationships with customers, whose fleet sizes are greater than 60 vehicles, and support the activities of Pilot Flying J’s (PFJ) outside sales representatives.
Provide support for customers whose fleet size is greater than 60 vehicles by developing customer relationships over the phone, with the goal of growing accounts and increasing PFJ revenue.Plan customer phone calls by defining the objective and preparing questions to move the customer toward the sales objective.Assist Sales team with account planning, developing the value proposition, managing accounts towards SMART goals and non-administrative customer preparation.Execute deals and provide analysis and reporting for outside sales representatives and sales leadership project initiativesAssist the Credit department in preparing for and resolving customer issuesDevelop a strong internal network and leverage cross-functional capabilities to effectively respond to customer needsCollaborate with Sales team to identify business opportunitiesPerform administrative functions for customers and outside sales teamModel behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest levelEnsure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and proceduresComplete other duties as assignedQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent certificate requiredBachelor’s degree or a minimum two years’ experience in sales support preferredSpecialized Knowledge
