Requisition ID 32392 Category Product Support Position Type Full-Time About the Role Front line phone agent - Performs ticketing, supports validation, escalation and ticket closure activity. Most work is semi-routine but also has established experience in handling out of the ordinary tasks. Your Impact - Represents the organization to customers by providing information, responding to inquiries or support request resolution.
- Fulfills inbound customer requests related to asset management, supplies fulfillment, service dispatch and other customer service related requests.
- Performs basic non-queue support activities including customer contact verifications and asset clean-up activities.
- Follows assigned procedures and escalates any issue outside of the ordinary.
- Understands and executes against standard operating procedures and client special requirements.
- Performs some required reporting and/or additional project duties as assigned. About You: The Skills & Expertise You Bring HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required, plus 1 to 2 years of related experience.
- May require up to 5% travel (valid driver's license and acceptable driving record necessary); ability to work remote for business continuity.
