DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: + Understand Herbalife policy and business operations to deliver accurate information to Members ensuring operational excellence and superior customer service. + Process Members’ requests in a timely manner. Research, resolve and document all problem orders. Answer detailed Marketing Plan questions pertaining to orders and lineage. + Generate warehouse logs for Call Tags, Customer Returns and all valid situations as they occur. + Embrace and accurately promote company events, promotions and product campaigns. + Assist in special projects as needed i.e. User Acceptance Testing (UAT), support events with Distributor Registration/Onsite Store Support. **Qualifications** REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Skills: + Superior customer service skills + Bilingual English/Spanish + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + Proficiency in MS Office Suite applications + Strong analytical, organizational, planning and problem-solving skills + Ability to type 40 wpm and 10 key by touch + Ability to maintain a professional demeanor always and interact effectively at all levelswith sensitivity to cultural diversity Experience: + 2 years of customer service experience (preferred in a call center environment) Education: + High school diploma At Herbalife, we value doing what’s right.
