MUST HAVE PRIOR AUTHORIZATION EXPERIENCE** Adecco is currently assisting a National Pharmaceutical client, recruiting for a Remote Representative I position. The anticipated wage for this position is between $17.94 and $18.97. Hourly wage may depend upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors. This position makes outbound call to provider offices/staff while providing professional phone assistance to all callers through the criteria based prior authorization process. ***High volume call center, able to process 150 calls minimum daily**** This person will need to demonstrate excellent customer services to patients, healthcare professionals, and insurance carriers. Additionally, this person may re-verify insurance coverage for existing patients in order to process patient prescription needs successfully and support the pharmacy staff as needed. Schedule: THIS IS A 24 HOUR DEPARTMENT - Candidate could be asked to work hours that run over night, for example 10PM-6:30AM, candidate must be flexible with schedule Experience: + High School diploma or GED + Good interpersonal skills + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and be flexible + Minimum 2 years of experience in a high volume call center - healthcare or PBM/prior authorization-related.
