Under the direct supervision of the Manager, the Representative Membership is responsible for obtaining club memberships and participating in extraordinary events, promotions, and planning. **A caregiver in this position works varying shifts, 8:00am-7:00pm.** A caregiver who excels in this role will: + Sell center memberships, through the development of new leads, center tours, phone and email inquiries, and prospecting of all lead sources. + Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals as determined by Membership Manager and LifeStyles Director. + Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual sales reports as assigned. + Develop proficiency in the use of a computerized lead tracking system. + Become involved in local civic organizations (e.g., Chamber). + Assist with membership promotional concepts and planning. + Participate in extraordinary events. + Participate in the "Manager on Duty" rotation, attend assigned department staff meetings and selected seminars. + Follow system and department policies and procedures with special attention to attendance and punctuality, confidentiality, dress code and display of ID badge, and safety. + Complete mandatory education and training to maintain organization and department specific competencies and requirements. + Maintain applicable certification/licensure. Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: + Associate's degree in sales marketing public relations or related field. + One year of sales experience. + Can work variable hours, as necessary. Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: + Bachelor's degree. + Experience preferably in health setting.
