Representative Membership  

 

Join the Cleveland Clinic team where you will work alongside passionate caregivers and provide patient-first healthcare. Under the direct supervision of the Manager, the Representative Membership is responsible for obtaining club memberships and participating in extraordinary events, promotions, and planning. 

 

A caregiver in this position works varying shifts, 8:00am—7:00pm.  

 

A caregiver who excels in this role will:  

Sell center memberships, through the development of new leads, center tours, phone and email inquiries, and prospecting of all lead sources. 

Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals as determined by Membership Manager and LifeStyles Director. 

Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual sales reports as assigned. 

Develop proficiency in the use of a computerized lead tracking system. 

Become involved in local civic organizations (e.g., Chamber). 

Assist with membership promotional concepts and planning. 

Participate in extraordinary events. 

Participate in the "Manager on Duty" rotation, attend assigned department staff meetings and selected seminars. 

Follow system and department policies and procedures with special attention to attendance and punctuality, confidentiality, dress code and display of ID badge, and safety. 

Complete mandatory education and training to maintain organization and department specific competencies and requirements.  

Maintain applicable certification/licensure. 

 

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:  

Associate's degree in sales marketing public relations or related field. 

One year of sales experience. 

Can work variable hours, as necessary. 

 

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:  

Bachelor's degree. 

Experience preferably in health setting.
