Job SummaryTo act as a liaison between casino guests and management. To foster good customer relations. Enact and support marketing strategies in respect to the retention, reclamation, and development of casino patrons under supervision of casino hosts and management. This position's starting wage is $17.
Essential Functions Develops, maintains a Service Culture that ensures the delivery of superior internal/external guest service by all team members. Ensures department adheres to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures. Assists guests with any questions, concerns, or problems. Understanding of overall departmental/company procedures, promotions, programs, strategies, and any other relevant information pertaining to the casino operation. Maintain complete comprehension and knowledge of the club point system, comps, and enrollment of new club members. Encourage guests to join players club and communicate the benefits. Make arrangements for casino comps and issuance of necessary paperwork. Books hotel and restaurant reservations for guests upon request. Ability to communicate with all departments. Assists in the development and process of high-end player events. Communicate guest concerns, complaints and requests to the necessary department or supervisor. Maintain accurate information on all club members and activities occurring within the club database. All other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent. Should possess excellent customer service skills/conflict resolution skills. Be able to perform independently under limited supervision. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to understand and follow verbal directives and written directions. Previous computer knowledge is preferred. Respond to visual and aural cues. Read, write, speak, and understand English.
