For more information, visit our website , or connect with us on LinkedIn . **Responsibilities** + Set up and operation of equipment in accordance with established guidelines and specifications (i.e., temperature, line speed, blade speed); performs necessary adjustments to maintain safety, quality, and production standards + Accurately weighs, identifies and labels finished product + Palletizes and stages finished product in designated areas + Completes accurate production reporting and record keeping + Utilizes computer systems to perform inventory transactions (i.e., JDE, DC Link) + Basic troubleshooting of equipment and process malfunctions; escalates concerns to Production Supervisor and/or Team Leader as needed + Maintains safe and clean work environment + Observes all Plant procedures, policies, and guidelines + Other duties as assigned **Qualifications** + 2+ years manufacturing experience preferred + Forklift certification required + Ability to lift, push, pull or carry up to 50 pounds repetitively + Ability to continuously stand, walk, reach, stoop, and/or kneel + Availability to work overtime, weekends and/or holidays as scheduled + Willingness to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) in accordance with Company safety guidelines + Good verbal, writing, and general math skills + Ability to work collaboratively with others Shift: + 6:50pm - 7:00am (3) 30 minute paid breaks **Please Note:** This description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
