Position Information **Position/Rank** Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility Specialist (Rank Contingent on Qualifications) **Department** 00245 - Obstetrics and Gynecology **City** Salt Lake City, UT **Track** Non Tenure Track **New Position to Begin** 2023 **Details** The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Division of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility, is seeking a board-eligible/certified Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility specialist with outstanding academic and clinical credentials. The applicant will work in the Division of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility and the Utah Center for Reproductive Medicine of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Hospitals and Clinics of the University of Utah Health. The applicant will join a growing division featuring the Utah Center for Reproductive Medicine, and an active fellowship program (currently 3 REI fellows), a SART -affiliated reproductive endocrinology and infertility division with broad clinical responsibilities for the Intermountain West Region. Genetic, translational and clinical research opportunities are available. The successful candidate will be expected to develop a reproductive endocrinology and infertility practice and participate in a successful group practice IVF program. Candidates will also be expected to contribute to evidence-based practice improvements and to participate in medical student, resident, and fellow education. As a Women’s Center of Excellence site, the new faculty member will participate or provide leadership in the academically oriented, innovative clinical care, research and educational programs of the department. The successful candidate must value communication and team building, productive interdepartmental and multi-centered research interactions, resident and medical student education, as well as the provision of outstanding clinical care. The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate capability in expanding the academic missions of the division and department.
