Requirements Analyst
Overview Nisga'a CIOPS provides hands-on experienced services to civilian and DoD programs worldwide. Delivering highly skilled, cleared personnel who provide services on five continents for a portfolio of customers. Summary: The Requirements Analyst shall assist the Chief, Integrated Command Control, and Communications (C3) Systems by providing recommendations for defining requirements and supporting multiple programs supporting the Air Force Forces (AFFOR) staff, Air Operations Center (AOC), Air Defense Sectors (ADS), and Continental United States (CONUS) fighter units supporting CONR-1AF (AFNORTH & AFSPACE), Operations NOBLE EAGLE (ONE), United States Space Command (USSPACECOM) and United States Northern Command (USNORTHCOM) assigned missions. Responsibilities Essential Job Functions: Provide Subject Matter Expertise on the planning, development, testing, acquisition, and sustainment of air defense systems, sensor systems, air and ground communications systems, counter-unmanned aerial systems (C-UAS), battle management systems, Ground Based Air Defense (GBAD), Electro-magnetic Pulse (EMP), and other Command Control, Communications and Computer (C4) systems and processes. Shall have extensive knowledge of information technology, standard office automation software, and information security. The ability and experience working in classified environments with sensitive information and working with senior military leaders in a fast paced, high stress environment. Provide expert guidance to effectively execute and administer operations initiatives. Develop position papers, presentations, and background information on assigned projects. Support the Integrated C3 Systems Division as a project manager for specific assigned tasks. Shall work closely with AFFOR staff, higher headquarters, assigned units, and other interagency partners to breakdown tasks and direct efforts to a successful conclusion. Provide training and support to personnel related to C3 capabilities development, acquisition, operational and developmental testing, systems fielding, and sustainment. Shall be capable of providing surge support during command contingencies (i.e., Homeland Defense and Defense Support of Civilian Authorities (DSCA) events.) Provide additional support as required. Will be required to travel on occasion to support mission needs. Qualifications Necessary Skills and Knowledge: Ability to analyze complex data and situations, and provide clear, actionable insights. Strong capability to identify problems, think critically, and implement effective solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for conveying ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines. Collaboration and Teamwork: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in teams or cross-functional environments. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Minimum Qualifications: Minimum 10-15 years' experience in air defense systems, program/project management, military doctrine, planning functions, and 4-5 years on a CCMD, Service Headquarters, MAJCOM, or Component Staff.
