Compass Point Federal (Compass Point) is hiring a seasoned professional with experience and expertise in Information Advantage (IA) and Information Related Capabilities (IRC) to support the US Army Cyber Center of Excellence (CCoE), Cyber Capability Development and Integration Directorate (C-CDID), Requirements Integration Division (RID) at Fort Eisenhower, Georgia. This position supports Army capability modernization efforts by researching, developing, assessing, analyzing, identifying, and defining operational and materiel requirements for Joint and Army IRC, and supports the integration of capabilities across DOTMLPF-P. Responsibilities
Develops and writes Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) documents
Provides capability development support to Cyber CDID Information Advantage (IA) efforts focused on systems that help reveal and conceal critical operations and information, and the integration of said systems across DOTMLPF-P
Assists the Requirements Integration Division (RID) with intensive, centralized, total capability management for all DOTMLPF-P equities supporting information activities in accordance with Joint and army regulations
Drafts government consideration positions on and participate in decision reviews, capability needs analyses, and as member of integrated concept development team (ICDT) or other similar forums for IA
Generates conceptual foundation for development of capabilities for the future force in support of Army 2030 and 2040 objectives
Assesses capabilities of current and future forces to meet relevant military objectives
Identifies capability gaps based on approved standards and evaluation criteria
Assesses potential DOTMLPF-P approaches to solving or mitigating capability gaps
Determines integration force requirements and synchronize development of DOTMLPF-P solutions
Develops recommendations for DOTMLPF-P prioritization, integration, and synchronization.
Occasional Travel Required (Up to 25% of the time)

Qualifications
A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in with requirements and capability development documentation and approval process
A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in at least one of the following two areas: (1) as an action officer in the defense acquisition community; or (2) as an action officer in a capability development position; or as an action officer at the Service headquarters-level
Proficiency in the following:
Knowledge of Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS)
Knowledge of Joint and service EMSO, Cyberspace Operations and/or any information related organizations and their functions
Knowledge of EMSO, Cyberspace Operations and /or any information related Army/Joint Doctrine and policies
Ability to edit documents for correct grammar and format
Ability to analyze, assess and develop information capability requirements
Working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Outlook Calendars, etc
Strong written and verbal communications skills, briefing skills, problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills
Military Service Intermediate Level Education, Senior Service College or civilian equivalent is optional but preferred
Will complete Defense Acquisition University online courses RQM 1010 introduction to JCIDS, and RQM 1100 Core concepts for Requirements Management within the first two weeks of employment
Top Secret Security Clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility based on program requirements defined in specific Task Orders
Desired Qualifications:
A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in Information Operations, Psychological Operations/Military Information Support Operations (MISO), Civil Affairs, Public Affairs, and Military Deception, and/or Operations SecurityJob ID
