As aRequirements Engineer, you will: + Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Database Analysts to set eHR requirements. + Join a well-established team that gives you the opportunity to grow. + Receive robust benefits package that includesEmployee Stock Ownership Plan (https://vimeo.com/729673832/55ff22ab92) ! + Be a part of an empowered accountability culture where each employee-owner has a meaningful stake in the future success and growth of the company Responsibilities of aRequirements Engineerinclude: + Conducting capability analysis to document functional requirements for a unified eHR system + Addressing EMR gaps with emphasis on real-time decision support and secure data sharing + Defining requirements for teleconsultation, mobile access, and clinical alerts + Facilitating requirements-gathering sessions at CBP sites to capture user needs + Documenting mission-aligned requirements for CBP’s eHR strategy + Providing technical insights to shape the eHR strategic roadmap + Ensuring compliance, interoperability, and privacy per DHS and CBP standards + Preparing acquisition documents, such as the Operational Requirements Document + Aligning documentation with CBP’s operational and healthcare objectives + Defining AWS-specific requirements for real-time support and data sharing + Translating operational needs into AWS-compatible specifications + Focusing on AWS requirements for mobile access, alerts, and teleconsultation + Providing compliance and security guidance for AWS integration roadmap + Drafting AWS-focused acquisition documents aligned with CBP standards Job Requirements + Bachelor’s degree in a related field. + 12+ yearsin requirements engineering, health systems, and federal compliance. + Proficiency in analysis, documentation, and federal acquisition processes. + Strong knowledge of AWS architecture and healthcare interoperability. + Familiarity with IT security frameworks, including HIPAA and NIST. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
