Analyze stakeholder needs and translate those needs in to sub-system requirements. Participate in customer discussions and meetings regarding requirements Support Requirements Management Lead to develop customer deliverables and plan requirements management strategies Identify process improvement initiatives Position Requirements: University Degree or College Diploma in Engineering Minimum 3 years of experience in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Systems Engineering or Software engineering Strong technical and analytical ability Product knowledge of Military/LAV family of vehicles Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills Superior organizational skills with the ability to be agile, set priorities and multi-task under pressure Strong systems thinking perspective Ability to travel (5% Canadian, 10% US & International) and possess/be able to acquire and maintain a valid passport.
