Key Responsibilities:

Enterprise-wide Solutions for Total Systems: Plan, implement, test, and document enterprise-wide solutions for total systems or subsystems using internally created and/or off the shelf productsRequirements Analysis: Analyze and identify all or part of the customer's existing or new systems requirements, taking into consideration the special technology needs, and establish functional and technical specifications and standardsIntegration Solutions: Solve interface problems, define input/output parameters, and ensure integration of the entire system or subsystemDeveloping Requirements: Provide project management support including development of requirements, project plans, needs assessment, and transition planningSystems Engineering: Perform traditional Systems Engineering at the enterprise/strategic level within the context of the political landscape, operational restrictions and changes, and interacting systems across the customer’s organizationTechnical Exchange Meetings: Identify integration issues and coordinate Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs) to resolve themSettling Disputes: Establish and maintain interpersonal relationships, as well as handle complaints, settle disputes and resolve conflicts

Required:

Security Clearance: TS/SCI with a PolygraphEducation: Bachelor’s DegreeExperience: Minimum 8 years of relevant experienceIntelligence Community: Customer-specific experience in the Intelligence CommunitySelf-Starter: Be a self-starter with leadership capabilities and execution of roles and responsibilities with little to no supervisionDecision-Making Skills: Strong decision-making skills, as well as the ability to organize and prioritize workLeading Technical Meetings: Demonstrated experience leading technical teams to develop/implement hardware/software requirementsInnovation Lifecycle: Experience with innovation and the innovation lifecycle

Desired:

RF & Satellite Systems: Working knowledge of RF/Satellite communication systemsSTEM Degree: Technical Degree (Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, etc.)
