Responsibilities:

Leads management and execution of Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) within the IT infrastructure and Network Architecture domain. Coordinates with government stakeholders, analyzes requirements, develops technical solutions, and ensures timely delivery of ECPs. Possesses outstanding mathematics and IT abilities Proficient in preparing detailed cost estimate reports Proficient in relevant software tools including MS Office Proven self-management and team-management skills. Must possess expert managerial, leadership and communication skills. Assist key stakeholders in determining network requirements and preparing service tickets. Interfaces with COR to clarify requirements and develop proposed technical solutions, schedules, and cost estimates for ECPs. Manage workflows for ECPs, ensuring timely completion within timelines. Responsible for accurate breakdown of labor, hardware, software, and services cost estimates. Manages and tracks the status of all ECPs. Provides monthly ECP status reports to Government stakeholders. Develops proposed technical solutions for ECPs based on requirements. Initiates closeout process of requested services.

 

Required Experience:

5+ years as a Lead Project Manager; 5+ years in DoD IT environment

 

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer sciences, business management, or related field (required); Master’s degree (preferred)

Certification Requirements:

Project Management Professional Certification (minimum)
