Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Research Administrator Trainer to assist our team in creating comprehensive training materials for research administrators. This role involves helping new research administrators onboard by familiarizing them with the hospital's policies and day-to-day job duties.

This position is 100% remote. Candidates must reside in NH, MA, CT, RI, VT, or ME. You will report to the Director and work closely with the Executive Director, receiving one-on-one training and feedback. The department is smaller, allowing for independent work while providing specialized support. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative and knowledgeable environment, with potential for long-term career growth.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $80000.00
