Responsibilities Establish and maintain organized data management systems, including setting up databases, adhering to protocols for data entry, and managing paper files and electronic forms.Perform meticulous data cleaning, ensuring accuracy and consistency in data processing, and maintain detailed documentation throughout the process.Utilize statistical software (SPSS, R, Power BI, etc.) to conduct descriptive, univariate, and multivariate analyses such as ANOVAs, factor analyses, cluster analyses, and regressions.Assess the reliability and validity of data measures under the guidance of senior team members and interpret the results for key stakeholders.Assist in creating graphical representations and writing up results in narrative form for technical reports, presentations, and other publications.Collaborate with senior team members to develop and maintain training materials and resources aimed at helping staff, evaluators, and researchers effectively use data.Provide technical assistance and respond to data requests from internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring all permissions and safeguards are in place.Actively contribute to research projects by assisting with the interpretation of statistical results, supporting responses to inquiries from project directors, researchers, and evaluators.Participate in the writing and creation of reports, ensuring clarity in communication and actionable insights for both internal and external audiences.Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and security in managing organizational and client information, ensuring compliance with privacy standards. Qualifications Master’s degree with coursework in statistics and research methodology, or a Bachelor’s degree with at least one year of relevant experience in the same.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, statistical software (SPSS preferred), and Windows-based applications.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to clean, manage, and analyze complex datasets.Experience working with SPSS syntax for data analysis preferred.Familiarity with multivariate statistical analyses, including ANOVAs, regressions, and cluster analyses preferred.Are you intrigued by this job but don’t meet every single requirement?
