Description We are seeking a Research Analyst to be instrumental in maintaining the integrity of information in commercial credit reports. This role will involve detailed analysis, quality assurance, and data validation. Responsibilities: • Utilize various tools to validate the quality of work processed by our external contractors. • Confirm the accuracy of financial news articles reviewed by our overseas contractors. • Validate hierarchical relationships between customer accounts and businesses in the database. • Verify address information, business descriptions, and industry classification data collected on businesses. • Update business details on companies with incomplete information. • Respond to critical inquiries from our overseas contractors. • Report errors to be corrected by our overseas contractors. Requirements • Position requires a minimum of 0 years of experience in a similar role • Strong skills in Detailed Analysis are mandatory • Proficiency in Quality Assurance is essential • Ability to perform Data Validation tasks effectively • Willingness to work in a team and collaborate with other departments • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software • Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
