Yes Duties and Responsibilities Under the supervision of the co-directors of the Center for Criminal Justice, conducts simple to complex research projects using quantitative and qualitative methods to evaluate the implementation and impact of criminal justice programs and policies; develop data visualization and dashboards for projects; perform various aspects of project management (e.g., scheduling, IRB proposal development, progress reports). This is a grant-funded position. Minimum Education and/or Work Experience + Bachelor’s Degree. + 1-2 Years of professional experience conducting research. Qualifications + Masters degree in social science discipline. + At least 3 years of full-time professional experience conducting research and working with criminal justice agencies. + Sophisticated skills using computer software, particularly statistical analyses and programming software. + Experience and ability to effectively communicate with broad audiences (students, practitioners, policy makers). Certificates/Credentials/Licenses Computer Skills + Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power-Point). + Microsoft Power-BI to create data dashboards + Statistical software and programming ( SPSS , R, SQL ).
