Research Analyst I: Communication Technology Specialist
The Cutler Institute at the University of Southern Maine is seeking a Research Analyst I: Communication Technology Specialist. With expertise in child welfare, early childhood education, and youth and community engagement, CYF staff bring knowledge and experience in strategic planning, workforce development, tribal-state relations, youth and parent engagement, evaluation, and community engagement methodologies to their technical assistance and training work. Research Analyst I (https://drive.google.com/file/d/13ksITrbjiD8Z2Ca2BmTTuLl\_A9V4-dcK/view?usp=sharing) will serve as the Communication Technology Specialist for the National Tribal Child Welfare Center for Innovation and Advancement, a five-year cooperative agreement funded by the Children’s Bureau that provides training and technical assistance to tribal child welfare programs. The Research Analyst I with Children, Youth, and Families, Justice Policy Program (CYF-JPP) participates in the development and dissemination of project communications and a wide variety of digital/electronic products for tribal child welfare professionals. This position works closely with the Communication and Resource Manager to assist with the research, implementation, and roll out of project software and technology; provide internal and external technical assistance on the technology used; manages all technology related accounts, subscriptions, and purchasing; and assists with the dissemination of all communication internal and external. This position works individually and in a team environment. This is a full-time position on our Portland Campus with an annual salary of up to $43,900.
