The Research Assistant, a temporary role, has duties that include, but are not limited to:

Oversee research for diversity, equity, and inclusion which will include annotated bibliography and data analysis.

Review assigned texts.

Write draft research reports.

Work Interactions

Research assistant will report directly to Dr. Nadia Brown, Professor of Govt and Director of WGST. RA will work remotely and will report on a weekly basis. RA will not work for any other GU departments or professors.

Requirements and Qualifications

Candidate must be enrolled in an undergraduate program

Prior research experience, with knowledge of writing research reports, annotated bibliographies and data analysis

Advanced research and computer skills preferred

Pay Range

The projected hourly pay range for this position which represents the full range of anticipated compensation is: $18.00-$20.00. Compensation is determined by a number of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s individual qualifications, experience, education, skills, and certifications, as well as the University’s business needs and external factors.
