Position Summary:

Person in this position will be responsible for the data management needs of the program. Essential job functions include those listed below.

Essential Job Functions:

Enter all evaluation assessment data. Administer all evaluation assessments, satisfaction surveys, demographic, needs analysis, and other reports. Provide database development (simple forms, queries, tables, and reports). Generate quality processes in data integrity and output. Relate results. Conduct performance improvement activities. Train staff on data and evaluation tools, requirements, and results. Embrace and embody the mission, vision, guiding principles, clinical vision, and goals of WestCare Foundation. Perform any other duties as assigned.
