POSITION SUMMARY:

Person in this position will serve as a member of the Research and Evaluation team with responsibility for supporting all activities related to the implementation of the program’s Research and Evaluation Plan.  Essential Job Functions include those listed below.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Collect baseline, discharge, and follow-up data on clients. Score assessment instruments. Maintain tracking and follow-up log for clients. Monitor quantitative and qualitative data collection processes. Coordinate the compilation and management of data. Conduct basic statistical analysis. Produce reports for the Project Director and/or Regional Vice President. Provide feedback to the Project Director and/or Regional Vice President regarding attainment of goals and objectives as well as data collection. Engage and build rapport with clients to assist with tracking and follow-up. Provide administrative support to supervisor. Assist other WestCare staff as needed in collaborative manner to promote cooperation and portray professional image to community. Embrace and embody mission, vision, guiding principles, clinical vision, and goals of WestCare Foundation. Perform any other duties as assigned.
