**Req Number** 148927 We are looking for a productive, highly motivated, and organized research assistant to work in these different areas. The ideal candidate is expected to think creatively and flourish in an integrated and dynamic team. We are looking for a team player who can work well with others within the laboratory. This is a full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package. Responsibilities include: + Conduct experiments under the supervision of senior lab members and the Principal Investigator + Managing mouse colonies and processing murine tissues. Expertise in mouse handling is required. + Performing cell culture, ELISA assays, histology, flow cytometry (preferred not required) and other molecular bench work. + Preparation and processing of patient-derived samples. + Managing laboratory resources, ordering reagents and other lab supplies as needed. + Summarize experimental data timely and participate to lab meetings. Minimum Qualifications + Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Biology and at least 2 years of related experience in a research laboratory. Preferred Qualifications + A Master's Degree (M.S.) in Biology or other relevant fields is preferred. + A commitment of at least two years is required.
