SUMMARY: V2X is looking for a Research Assistant II to support the Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD). This position will create Clinical Research (CRF) survey forms for different studies in the Clinical Trial Database (CTDB). The Research Assistant II is responsible for operating the Clinical Trials Database (CTDB) daily to complete tasks while providing direct support to Principal Investigators for various research protocols. Operating the CTDB includes but is not limited to data entry, data validation, document research for data collected and build of clinical research forms. Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Support implementing the Clinical Trials Database Provide support to the Principal Investigator to gather their requirements, understand their workflow and document their research data collection process and forms. Support data entry into the Clinical Trials Database (CTDB) Create Clinical Research (CRF) survey forms for different studies in the CTDB. Enter data for different studies: First and second key data for different protocols. Manage patient access clinical trial survey system (CTSS) for different studies. Score forms in Assessment Data Manager (ADM) Organize study binders and folder. Enter First and second key data for different protocols. Perform JIRA for issues tracking. Perform User Acceptance testing for new releases of CTDB. Assist with training new users on CTDB. Review documents for correctness and compliance from the requester Handling, scanning, copying, data entry, and filing also archiving of official records in confluences. Provide assistance to internal and external customers as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Associates Degree 2 years’ experience in research clinical environment Knowledge of Microsoft Office primarily Excel Capable of keeping personal identifying information (PII) secure and confidential Strong verbal communication to effectively express concepts, plans, and proposal Ability to organize, prioritize and meet deadlines. Critical thinker with Strong problem-solving skills Strong self-starter, efficient learner and can adapt in a fast-paced environment, requiring minimal supervision. Capable of working directly with clients and enjoys working as a team. Capable of generating correspondences as needed for reporting purposes. Experience in working in teams and following processes. PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
