The Active Playful Learning Data Collector (Wage) will conduct on-site observations at partner elementary schools, working directly with teachers. Incumbents will collect data using project guidelines and ensure secure transfer of collected data. The position involves establishing rapport with teachers along with knowledge of study research procedures and protocols. In this position, you will support primary researchers in recruitment efforts and the collection of data and information through data tracking systems, surveys, and other means.
The incumbent will conduct classroom observations during regular school day hours, following protocol procedures and rating systems. Each classroom observation will last a regular school day, and there will be multiple classrooms to be observed.
Training will be provided. Sessions are scheduled according to the needs of the study.
Availability during normal elementary school hours (7:45 am – 3:30 pm) is essential.
Reliable transportation for traveling between schools (mileage reimbursed) is required
Position Compensation Range: $21.00 - $23.00 Hourly

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
HS diploma (or equivalent) AND one year of experience working with children in an educational setting or an out-of-school setting (such as a summer camp or an after-school program). A bachelor's degree is preferred.
