Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring a contract Research Associate II for our Pharmaceutical partner in Cambridge, MA. The anticipated hourly wage for this position is between $53 and $54.25. Hourly wage may depend upon experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria **Position Overview:** We are seeking a skilled research specialist to join our team as a contractor, providing expertise in in vitro and in vivo techniques with a focus on neuromuscular diseases. This position will support ongoing research efforts and exploratory work, including experiments that require proficiency in in vivo work, molecular biology techniques and cell culture. **Key Responsibilities:** · Conduct in vitro and in vivo experiments to support neuromuscular research initiatives. · Perform cell culture, cellular and molecular biology techniques. · Collect, analyze, and interpret experimental data, providing insights to the research team. · Maintain meticulous lab records and adhere to all laboratory safety protocols. **Required Qualifications:** · Bachelor’s in Biology, Neuroscience, Immunology or related field. · Strong hands-on experience with in vitro and in vivo models. · In-vivo experience working with and handling rodents · Necropsy experience · RNA, protein, and cell line protein experience · Graphpad experience; experience with electronic notebooks · Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. **Preferred Qualifications:** · Knowledge of molecular biology techniques and cell culture. · Demonstrated success in a research or lab-based setting. · Dosing mice, IV or IP, subcutaneous experience **Pay Details:** $53.00 to $54.25 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
