If you want to make better analytical tools to enable our customers to make better medicines, apply today. **Key Responsibilities:** + Work closely with scientists and engineers from diverse backgrounds to learn and develop new analytical instruments, assays, and reagents + Setup, execute, and optimize experimental plans and protocols + Analyze, interpret, and troubleshoot results + Write, follow, and maintain experimental protocols for product development activities + Participate in technical transfer of products from Product Development to Manufacturing + Document and present results in technical discussions and team meetings + Perform stability, verification, and validation studies for commercial release of new products + Collaborate with hardware, system, and software engineers during each phase of the product development process + Assist with training of new employees as needed **Qualifications** **Education and Experience:** + **BS in biology, chemistry, biochemistry, or related field** + **Minimum of 1-3 years relevant work experience** + **Experience working in a biotechnology, pharmaceutical, CRO, or CDMO company is preferred** **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:** + **Hands-on experience with protein analysis or protein characterization techniques is required.
