Zonda is currently seeking a full time home based Research Associate.  Zonda is the leading provider of rich data and decision tools for residential real estate development and new-home construction. Zonda customers include homebuilders, building product manufacturers, land developers, appraisers, real estate investors, municipalities, financial institutions, and investment banking firms.  We also serve as a premier source for new home statistics and commentary for major media publications and organizations around the country.  The Research Associate position is an entry-level position and 

Acquire, update, and reconcile database information from primary sources via the telephone and web research. Process third party information into internal database. Obtain and maintain high quality data through prescribed standardized data collection and data entry techniques. Ensure the goals of accuracy, completeness, consistency, and timeliness.

 

 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct telephone and web research to collect/validate dataAdhere to all data quality processes and participate in data clean ups as directedMeet daily and weekly production requirements.Analyze existing project data to assess accuracy; proactively correct data as needed.Process third party data feeds in compliance with standardized methodology.Maintain and update database information.Collect high quality data for a variety of Zonda products.Conduct other duties as assigned.Build strong working relationships with information providers and Field Research Associates.Represent Zonda in a professional manner.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS 

Some college preferred (prefer Business/Finance/Real Estate coursework).Excellent communication skills, telephone skills, and a pleasant demeanor.Detail-oriented professional with strong computer and analytical abilities.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Committed to quality, accuracy, and efficiency.
