As part of our CDx Research and Development Department, you will work in a cross-functional team dedicated to the design and development of CDx assays in a highly regulated environment. Impact on the organization is high as work directly contributes to contracted deliverables.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Plan and execute experiments to develop Agilent products.
Make detailed observations, analyze data and interpret results.
Investigate, create and develop new methods and technologies for project advancement.
Work closely with cross-functional project teams, line management and external partners, and facilitate the transfer of completed development projects into commercial products.
Write and review product instructions for use, protocols and technical reports in compliance with Quality Management Systems and Good Laboratory Practices.
Maintain laboratory notebooks and provide customer and co-worker technical support.
Maintain a high level of professional expertise through familiarity with scientific literature. May participate in scientific conferences and contribute to scientific journals.
May act as principal investigator in conducting own experiments.
QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s Degree or equivalent.
At least 2+ years relevant experience in an academic or industry research setting is a plus.
Solid knowledge and experience in immunohistochemistry and molecular biology.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work with speed and focus, independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, OneDrive, Teams).

This job has a full time weekly schedule. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
