**Research Associate** Laboratory Cleveland, OH, US Pay Rate Low: 26 | Pay Rate High: 26 + Added - 02/12/2024 Apply for Job _We have a great Research Associate opportunity working with a leading Pharmaceutical manufacturing company!_ _If you have a desire for continuous learning, and passion for chemistry, this is the right role for you!_ **Pay:** $26.44/hr + (Depending on experience) **Schedule:** 1 st shift M-F 8a-5p w/ 1 hour lunch **Type of Job:** Contract to Hire **What’s in it for you during the contract period:** + Medical/dental coverage! + Weekly pay! + Full benefit package offered upon conversion! **Research Associate daily tasks** : + Responsible for sampling and testing raw materials, finished products using wet chemistry. + Analyze results of experimental studies and report writing including analytical reports, stability reports, and Certificates of Analysis + Method development and formulation development of requirements on new formulas; includes creation of theoretical formulation, bench mix development, product description/formulation sheet, lab tests, stability testing/ monitoring, color verification, etc. + Stability testing of products for new formulations and ongoing stability trials, using physical (pH, viscosity) and instrumental (HPLC, UV) techniques as appropriate + Reformulate to improve existing products as needed **Research Associate Requirements:** + B.S. in Chemistry, chemical engineering, physics, or material sciences. + 2+ Experience in analytical, formulation, and synthetic chemistry **_We strongly encourage candidates who have some of the skills to apply.
