As a member of the Analytics/Gene Therapy group, this position will be responsible for performing analytical assays supporting the evaluation of early-stage production processes for the AAV vector research pipeline and supporting AAV product testing. The individual may collaborate with Process Development and additional internal and external stakeholders to ensure the development and transfer of robust analytical methods.

Perform analytical assays to support production, purification, and comparability of AAV gene therapy products using qPCR, ddPCR, BLI, DLS, ELISA, and other general laboratory techniquesWork seamlessly with cross functional stakeholders to help advance the AAV vector production portfoliosParticipate in project related teams and other internal/external collaborationsEnsure that scientific and technical challenges are resolved in a timely mannerMaintain all appropriate laboratory recordsPerform routine data analysis for use in presentations, publications, and internal reportsContribute to a safe, efficient, and effective environment with personal accountabilityPerform other related duties as required

More about You

Degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Virology, or a related fieldBS degree (or equivalent) with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience preferredWorking experience in gene therapy and/or viral vector biology is preferredExperience with at least 2 techniques - qPCR, ddPCR, BLI, DLS, and ELISA is desirableAttention to details is a mustStrong organizational skills P1400337BOSJL_1733235791 To Apply for this Job Click Here
