Job Summary
Seeking a part-time research assistant to join a CIT/CHS funded research project aiming to modify ride-on battery-powered cars for children with disabilities. The project will explore the impact of this project on students' perspectives, faculty and student involvement, and the influence of community support on families.
Responsibilities*Adapt the ride-on battery-powered cars and other related toysOrganize the lab's resourcesSchedule and attend meetings Document the activitiesAssist with qualitative data analysisOther associated tasksRequired Qualifications*Must be a current University of Michigan-Flint undergraduate student in good academic standingProficient in the Microsoft SuiteGood oral and written communication skillsAdvanced organization skillsComfortable interacting with children, educators, and subject matter expertsWillingness to learn new tasksDesired Qualifications*Teamwork, communication and time management skills.
Modes of WorkPositions that are eligible for hybrid or mobile/remote work mode are at the discretion of the hiring department.
