Responsibilities*Utilizing medical record system (MiChart) to screen, recruit and capture participant data.Data management (collect, record, and input hard and electronic study forms- data entry, and quality assurance)Sample collection and shipmentCoordinating study visits/activitiesCommunicating with participantsWorking with health care providers for recruitmentServing as a resource and contact person for active protocolsCommunicating and relaying data to entire study teamReporting weekly on subject enrollment and progress in studiesEnsuring compliance with the protocol and adherence to Good Clinical Practice obligationsRequired Qualifications*Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skillsAttention to detailChecks own work and confirms accuracyDemonstrates ability to resolve simple queriesProficient computer skills including Microsoft software applicationsAbility to organize/prioritize tasks effectively and efficientlyAbility to set goals, promote teamwork and solve problemsGood attendance recordTraining requirements: PEERRS, HIPPAA, CIT GCP,REDCap. Background ScreeningMichigan Medicine conducts background screening and pre-employment drug testing on job candidates upon acceptance of a contingent job offer and may use a third party administrator to conduct background screenings. Background screenings are performed in compliance with the Fair Credit Report Act. Pre-employment drug testing applies to all selected candidates, including new or additional faculty and staff appointments, as well as transfers from other U-M campuses.
