The Professional Services team’s mission is to foster the adoption, expansion, and retention of the Brandwatch suite of products by delivering actionable insights, innovative solutions, and exceptional service.
As part of the Strategy & Insights team within Professional Services, you will lead the execution of customized research projects aimed at helping clients better understand their brands, consumers, and industries, enabling them to take informed actions. In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of Strategy & Insights accounts, acting as a strategic consultant and finding opportunities to leverage digital consumer intelligence to deliver meaningful business insights.The role:Manage a portfolio of accounts, leading the development, execution, and delivery of custom research projects, acting as a strategic advisor in the Consumer Intelligence and Social Media space.Oversee and guide project teams, including analysts and freelancers, collaborating on deliverables and client relationships.Ensure seamless client communication, keeping projects on schedule and aligned with client goals.Conduct complex data analysis to generate actionable insights addressing client business challenges.Review and provide feedback on client deliverables for content quality, accuracy, and presentation.Handle commercial scoping, ensuring optimal pricing, discovery, and project delivery quality.Represent the team in client meetings, presenting to both internal and external audiences.Contribute to the development of new methodologies, delivery mechanisms, and tools to enhance research capabilities.Build expertise across Brandwatch products while staying current on industry and research trends.Support team member development and upskilling.Occasional travel may be required for client needs, but this is not typical.Essential Skills and Experience:5+ years of commercial research experience, ideally with a focus on consumer insights and social media research.Proven ability to craft compelling narratives and create innovative data visualizations for report deliverables.Strong mentoring skills with a willingness to coach and guide junior team members.Exceptional business writing, communication, and presentation abilities.Highly organized with excellent project management skills.Technical proficiency and a strong aptitude for learning new software, conducting both quantitative and qualitative analyses.Advanced competency in Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and charting), Word, and PowerPoint.If this sounds like you and you feel you have what it takes to succeed in this role, we want to hear from you! #LI-Remote#LI-FR1
