Department/Unit: Practice Plan Urology Work Shift: Day (United States of America) Salary Range: $51,755.37 - $77,633.06 The Research Coordinator (CRC) is responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of clinical trials or studies. Their primary role is to ensure that the research is conducted according to regulatory standards, study protocols, and institutional guidelines while maintaining participant safety and data integrity. The CRC works closely with Principal Investigators (PIs), sponsors, and other research staff to ensure that trials run smoothly and efficiently. Participant Recruitment & Management: + Identify, screen, and recruit eligible participants according to the study criteria. + Obtain informed consent from participants, ensuring they understand the risks, benefits, and procedures involved. + Monitor participant progress, document adverse events, and ensure patient safety throughout the study. Data Collection & Documentation: + Ensure accurate and timely collection of data in accordance with the protocol. + Maintain and update patient records, ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory standards. + Assist with data management, ensuring that all required data is entered into databases and handled securely. Study Reporting & Documentation: + Prepare and maintain necessary regulatory reports, study progress reports, and adverse event reports. + Communicate with study sponsors, investigators, and other stakeholders to ensure timely submission of data and updates. Team Collaboration: + Coordinate with the research team, including physicians, nurses, lab staff, and other clinical researchers, to ensure smooth operations. + Provide training and support to other research staff as needed. + Assist with trouble-shooting and resolving operational challenges during the trial.
