Qualifications & Requirements

BSc or Diploma in Food Technology plus some years doing R&D in the Milling & Baking Industries food safety management systems (FSSC22000, PRPs, GMP, HACCP) 2-5 yrs experience in R&D , Food technologist Independent with very strong analytical skills Self-starter and Driven Responsibilities:

Implement and managing food safety management systems (FSSC22000, PRPs, GMP, HACCP)
Manage all food safety related audits (internal and external).
Facilitate the audit process and accompany the auditor for certification and surveillance audits.
Conduct monthly food safety audits at bakery and compile monthly report.
Manage customer requirements in relation to food safety.
Ensure all staff hygiene policies are adhered to and validated.
Monthly hygiene audits. Track and log results to discuss in management meetings.
Raise and manage any corrective actions related to food safety or hygiene.
Food Safety Team Leader for the Bakery.
Responsible for Pest control.
Provide leadership to Cleaners and Production personnel.
Safety, Health and Representative.
Testing and Validation of products to ensure they conform to specifications.
Investigation, Logging, trending, and reporting monthly on customer complaints and Internal Corrective
Effectively managing communication and relationships between management and production staff on Food
Safety and Quality related issues
