Be responsible for develop and maintain overall business relationship with key clients assigned to enhance trust level and to explore further business opportunities  Lead project teams to provide professional and precise all-around service in project design, supervision, analysis to ensure meaningful and value-added findings are generated from projects. Prepare difficult proposals with some supervision; instruct the senior researchers to prepare small and medium difficult proposals. Communicate and handle the senior levels of the key clients to strengthen client relationship Be the expert on technical matters of the team/unit (or able to seek appropriate support at cross-functional, company or group level) Responsible for team organizational planning and development Mentoring direct reports on business development, account handling, projects solutions) Communication with other teams and internal departments to discuss and resolve problems to achieve high efficiency.
