The Brand Health Tracking Service Line supports our clients in strategically managing their most important asset, the brand. We track how various traditional and digital marketing activities lead to acquiring new customers for a brand or encouraging current customers to buy the brand more and more frequently. The focus is always on whether marketing successfully changes the thinking and feeling of (potential) customers and increases the brand's attractiveness in the competitive environment. We are looking for a Research Executive (m/f/d) for our Brand Health Tracking department at one of our locations in Hamburg, Berlin, Frankfurt, Nuremberg, or Munich, starting as soon as possible.
Your responsibilities
Building relationships with clients to understand their needs and business questions Translating business questions into modern, targeted research programs Conceptualizing and supporting quantitative brand and advertising tracking programs – often in cooperation with the global Ipsos network Project management and initial project-related customer management Independent coordination of internal service providers Questionnaire design, data analysis, and reporting, including using new, agile platform solutions and software packages Reporting results (including summary & recommendations) and providing customer advice through fact-based consultancy Presenting (partial) results
Your profile
Interest and enjoyment in the world of brands and the opportunities and possibilities of the digital marketing world University degree in Business (Marketing) or Communication Sciences, Social Sciences, Psychology, or similar fields Experience in quantitative brand and advertising research and/or marketing, ideally for international B2C or B2B brands Enjoyment in analyzing large amounts of data and complex data structures Strong communication skills and presentation experience Team player, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure Preferred: Experience and enthusiasm for analytical relationships (Quant/Qual) Independent, solution-oriented, and customer-focused work approach Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
